2-Exercises that increase muscle strength: Weightlifting and resistance exercises.

3-Flexibility exercises: 10 minutes stretching for the main muscle groups provides flexibility.

4-Balance exercises: Tai Chi and similar balance exercises can be performed to prevent falls.

Anti-Aging

Anti-aging aims to improve an individual's quality of life and average life expectancy. Lifestyle changes such as physical activity, smoking and alcohol cessation, blood pressure and cholesterol control, limited calorie intake, vegetable, and fruit-based nutrition, coping with stress and preventive medicine practices are the most effective anti-aging methods.

Cancer Screening

Particularly, colorectal (bowel), breast and cervical cancer screenings have been shown to reduce cancer-related deaths. The physician takes the decision of cancer screening on a patient basis, taking the age of the patient and his/her additional diseases into account.

Blood Pressure Scan

High blood pressure is a highly common health problem that can lead to cardiovascular diseases and stroke and is quite common at an advanced age and should be scanned.

Cholesterol

Blood cholesterol levels should also be scanned regularly.

Osteoporosis (Bone Thinning)

Routine osteoporosis screening is recommended for women over 65 years of age (those with a high risk of fractures over 60 years of age). If the risk of osteoporosis is high, men over 65 years of age should also be screened.

Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm

Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm is a bubble formed in the main artery in the abdomen and it is recommended to perform an ultrasound scan once in men between 65-75 years of age.
