Cataract

Cataract eye disease occurs when the natural lens inside the eye, which provides clear vision, loses its transparency with the effect of the passing years.

Currently, cataracts cannot be treated with medication, but only surgically. The most recent and safest surgical technique is the "Phacoemulsification" method called FAKO.
